Hi! I’m Tori!
I’m a Certified Social Worker (CSW) and here’s a little more about me…
My pronouns are She/Her. I am a CSW (Certified Social Worker) and obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2024 and my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Southern Utah University in 2017. I have over five years experience working with children, teens, adults and families to overcome their unique challenges and make lasting change.
I approach all of my clients with unconditional positive regard and believe all individuals have the ability to reach their desired potential. I strive to cultivate a welcoming and accepting environment inclusive of all identities and experiences where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Our lives are made up of many moments and events that make us who we are, and sometimes we need support in making sense of these experiences to understand ourselves better. I support this process through the use of IFS (Internal Family Systems) principles, Motivational Interviewing, traditional psychotherapy and incorporating expressive modalities such as Sand Tray and Art as needed. I am currently seeking certification in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to assist adolescents and children in working through their trauma with support from their caregiver.

Being born and raised in California, I take advantage of any opportunity to relax at the beach, though you can also find me enjoying the wildflowers up the mountains. I find that enjoying quiet moments to myself, through drinking my morning coffee or reading a good book help me stay focused and energized throughout my day. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my small family or recentering myself through attending a local yoga class.

I enjoy working with individuals 3 and up, with an emphasis on providing affirming mental health care to those who identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ population.
I look forward to working with you to help you reach your highest potential!
