Hello I’m Chase M., and I am an Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern, finishing my degree as a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling the University of Phoenix.

I have a long history of working with individuals in the mental health field in different areas throughout my life. With a strong belief in self-care positively affecting self-esteem, I utilize self-care and mindfulness techniques in my practice with the idea that by improving our self-esteem, we will be able to work through the other challenging things that affect our lives. I enjoy learning, different cultures, sports, and connecting with others.
